FINANCIAL RESOURCES
Financial Resources
We pride ourselves on making it our mission to keep veterinary care attainable for all. We believe in the idea of providing a spectrum of care, knowing every family brings with them unique hopes, concerns and individual needs. Our empathetic and resourceful veterinary team is dedicated to helping you find the support and medical treatment options your fur baby needs, regardless of financial constraints. We understand that you want what is best for your baby and we’re committed to working with you to identify all available options for treatment.
Pet Insurance
Pet Insurance operates on a reimbursement model which means you pay for your pet’s veterinary care upfront, submit a claim with the necessary documentation (usually a paid invoice and/or medical records) and the pet insurance company reimburses you for a portion of the covered costs according to your policy’s terms. Understanding the details of your chosen plan is crucial to knowing what to expect when you get ready to file your claim. It is important to note that most pet insurance companies do not cover pre-existing conditions. We recommend you work with a professional who is experienced in helping pet owners find the best plan for their particular health conditions.
